Regulatory and Methodological Framework for the State Expertise and Evaluation of Mineral Resources and Reserves Estimated by Block Modelling Methods

The article provides an overview of the regulatory framework of Ukraine for the expertise of mineral reserves and international requirements for the criteria for mineral resource and reserve estimation. Initial data and basic means of step-by-step verification of resource block models are discussed. For the expertise and evaluation of resources and reserves estimated by block modeling methods, the requirements for expertise materials should be supplemented by modeling requirements.
