X International Scientific-Practical Conference “Subsoil Use in Ukraine. Prospects for Investment” (6-10 October 2025, Lviv). Conference proceedings

The article discusses recent changes to the International Reporting Template for the Public Reporting of Exploration Targets, Exploration Results, Mineral Resources and Mineral Reserves of Committee for Mineral Reserves International Reporting Standards (CRIRSCO Template) and the Australasian Code for Reporting of Exploration Results, Mineral Resources and Ore Reserves of the Joint Ore Reserves Committee (JORC Code). A comparative analysis of changes and document updating processes was conducted. Generally, the changes reflect a global trend to harmonise classifications and standards in the mining industry, in particular by clarifying definitions, increasing reporting transparency and integrating sustainable development principles.

The implementation of recognised reporting standards and classification of mineral resources and reserves according to the CRIRSCO template is crucial for increasing transparency in terms of attracting investment, improving the competitiveness of the Ukrainian subsoil use industry, and integrating into global markets and supply chains.
