Mining & Minerals Expo 2026

From 13 to 15 October 2026, Kyiv hosted the 10th International Specialized Exhibition Mining & Minerals Expo, held at the International Exhibition Centre as part of the 23rd International Energy Business Forum “5E” (Energy, Ecology, Energy Efficiency, Energy Resources, Electronics). The exhibition once again showcased equipment, technologies and software solutions for the mining industry.

This year, the event took place under challenging security conditions, amid frequent air alerts, Russian attacks and power outages. The fact that the event went ahead despite the challenges of wartime demonstrates the continued interest in the development of Ukraine’s mining industry.

Softmine participated in the exhibition, presenting Micromine software and the company’s geological services at its own stand. Visitors had the opportunity to explore software products for geological data management, 3D deposit modelling, mineral resource estimation, mine design and planning:

  • Micromine Origin — a solution for geological data interpretation, geological modelling and mineral resource estimation.
  • Micromine Geobank — a geological data management system that enables data storage, organisation and quality control.
  • Micromine Beyond — software for mine design, planning and optimisation.

Particular attention was also given to Softmine’s geological services, which complement its technological solutions with practical experience in geological projects. Geological project support includes the preparation and analysis of geological data, deposit modelling and mineral resource estimation using internationally recognised approaches.
